Job Title: Healthcare Incident Management Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Incident Management Department. In this role, you will be responsible for writing incident reports related to patient safety and quality of care, including falls, hospitalizations, and neglect allegations. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Director and assist with personnel management and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate and write detailed incident reports in a timely and accurate manner

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather information and ensure report accuracy

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases

* Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling and correspondence

* Assist with personnel management, including training and development planning

* Identify areas for workflow improvement and implement process enhancements

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field

* 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management. Laptop will be provided.

Schedule and Pay:

This is a full time 9-5 job. Salary Commensurate with Experience. Average between $18-$28 an hour.
