About this Role:

Type: Full Time Temporary

Compensation: $70,720 – $85,280/yr.

Location: This position is FULLY REMOTE. You must be in the United States

Hours: Days, Monday-Friday

Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare? Matrix is looking for dynamic and dedicated Healthcare Recruiters to join our team! We need talented individuals to help us recruit Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who will deliver exceptional in-home and virtual care to our patients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source, attract, and recruit top Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver the best talent
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Must Haves:

  • At least 2 years experience in clinical recruitment preferred.
  • Healthcare background and/or Nurse Recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP requirements and applicable employment laws.
  • Strong proficiency in computer based programs such as MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, online resume mining/sourcing, internet job boards and interactive media tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in change and project management.
  • Analytical and organization skills.
