Position: Jr. Digital Strategist (Part-Time, Remote)
Location: New York (Remote)
Duration: 3-month contract
Hours: 25-30 hours/week
Our client, a healthcare agency in New York, is looking for a part-time Jr. Digital Strategist with a strong background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries. In this role, you will support the development of insight-driven proposals, multichannel campaign strategies, and tactical plans for healthcare clients. By leveraging audience insights, analytics data, digital trends, and user behaviors, you will help inform innovative marketing approaches that deliver measurable results.
You will be well-versed in best practices across digital channels and media formats, with hands-on experience designing data-driven strategies across web, social media, paid media, email, and traditional marketing channels. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced advertising agency environment while growing your expertise in digital strategy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior strategists to develop data-driven marketing strategies tailored to healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
- Analyze audience targeting, digital trends, and analytics data to inform marketing approaches and optimize campaign performance.
- Assist in crafting comprehensive proposals, multichannel campaign strategies, and detailed tactical plans.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Research and present industry trends, user behavior insights, and innovative strategies to internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with creative, account, and media teams to align strategic goals with campaign execution.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, leveraging tools like SEMRush to enhance organic visibility.
- Support paid media campaigns across social, search, and display channels, ensuring alignment with overarching campaign goals.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience at an advertising agency.
- Proven ability to design data-driven marketing strategies across web, social media, paid media, email, and traditional channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, including experience using SEMRush for research and analysis.
- Familiarity with digital best practices across all channels and media formats.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and apply insights to strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
