Evaluate medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. 4. Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while meeting coding and quality standards. 5. Stay updated on coding guidelines, regulations, and industry developments. 6. Provide feedback for process enhancements to drive efficiency within the coding department.
