The Telehealth Consultant position is responsible for the timely management of licensing and credentialing requests for all providers using PH&S telehealth capabilities. Success in this role depends upon developing expert level awareness of regulatory, governing and operating criteria related to the delivery of telehealth. The Telehealth Consultant will maintain positive relationships with all Telehealth Providers while supporting their licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollment across multiple states and facilities. They will maintain tracking mechanisms to report out on data related to lead and processing times and call out any efforts at risk. They will develop and maintain positive relationships with MSO partners to facilitate credentialing models supported for telehealth practices. They will collaborate with their team to develop best practice and use standard work to support aligned expectations with MSO and physician partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Finance, Social Science, Computer Science, Biological Science, Mathematics, or a related field Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years experience in healthcare with preference for direct licensing and credentialing experience
  • Experience working effectively with senior administrators and professionals, including sensitivity in handling confidential information and urgent matters in a thoroughly professional and timely manner
  • Track record of efficient prioritization and organization of multiple requests

  • Upon hire: CPCS

  • Telehealth experience
